How To Test Pto Switch
The PTO switch is turning the power off correctly if. With the battery connected and engine turned off place the negative alligator lead of a test light to a ground source.
Take the negative lead from the volt meter and clip it to the other tab.

If you have already done this I recommend checking the fuse. Your butt on the seat should activate the switch. Fold the seat up and there should be a switch protruding from the seat bottom with wires connected to it.
If ok move to the clutchbrake switch and test both sides of the white wire with the switch on and the clutch depressed. Place the negative voltmeter lead on a good engine source.
